About Mina
Mina, as a lightweight blockchain, is known for its constant-size blockchain. In its development history, the release of the public roadmap is a key milestone, outlining five phases: trust minimization, ZK programmability, settlement layer performance, recursive rollups, and the road to DAOification, providing direction for long-term growth.
Additionally, Binance supported the Mina network upgrade and hard fork, namely the Mesa upgrade. This upgrade includes reducing block time to 90 seconds, increasing on-chain state fields to 32, and raising event and action limits, significantly improving network throughput and developer flexibility, marking an important milestone for the Mina mainnet.
Izaak Meckler: Co-founder and CTO. He is a mathematician and computer scientist, previously a software engineer at Jane Street, and contributed to open-source projects including the Elm compiler.
Will Cove: VP of Ecosystem. He is a graduate of Denison University, leading ecosystem development at Mina.
Daniel Schoenberger: Non-executive board member. He previously served as chief legal officer of the Web3 Foundation and worked at Google.
