About =nil;

The =nil; Foundation, building an Ethereum L2 with zkSharding, has progressed through several key milestones. In July 2024, it launched its Devnet, the first proof-of-concept for zkSharding, allowing a select group of developers to test core features. Later that year, in October, the Foundation released Testnet v1, opening the network to a wider community and introducing improvements in developer experience, including Uniswap V2 integration to demonstrate cross-shard DeFi operations. The roadmap also outlines Testnet v2 and v3 in Q2 and Q3 2025, leading to a Mainnet Alpha by end of 2025. A notable organizational change occurred earlier, when the Foundation appointed a new CEO, with the former CEO transitioning to a strategic role, signaling a shift toward scaling the project. These milestones collectively mark the evolution from a closed test environment to a public, scalable L2 aimed at solving Ethereum's scalability and fragmentation issues.
