About Flow
Flow, launched by Dapper Labs (CryptoKitties creator) in 2019, raised $11M from Andreessen Horowitz and others. Its 2020 mainnet introduced a novel multi-node architecture (consensus, verification, execution) and Cadence, a resource-oriented smart contract language, enabling scalable consumer apps without sharding. In 2024, the Crescendo upgrade brought full EVM equivalence, bridging the Cadence and Solidity ecosystems, while a bug bounty program was announced.
