美 CFTC 强化职棒预测市场监管与 MLB 签署合作备忘录

ChainCatcher 消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）官方宣布与美国职业棒球大联盟（MLB）签署首份合作谅解备忘录（MOU），建立双方在职业棒球相关预测市场领域的信息交流与协作机制，该协议旨在加强对职业棒球赛事完整性的保护，并围绕预测市场中的潜在风险开展合作，包括防范欺诈、市场操纵及其他不当行为。
根据 MOU，双方将在法律框架下共享信息，以更快速应对相关事件并提前识别新兴趋势。美 CFTC 主席 Michael S. Selig 表示，此举将有助于提升预测市场的完整性与韧性，并为监管机构提供更多工具保护市场参与者。
