ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi reports, a Reuters survey shows that out of 107 economists, 105 expect the Federal Reserve to lower the federal funds rate to 4% - 4.25% on September 17. In contrast, in the August survey, out of 110 economists, 67 held the same view.
