Intel (INTC.O) rose over 2%, C3.ai (AI.N) fell over 7%, and Tesla (TSLA.O) rose 1%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed down 1.1%, with Alibaba (BABA.N) down 4% and NIO (NIO.N) down 3%.
