Tyler Crimm
Tyler Crimm is the former Lead Engineer at Paradigm. He started his career as a software engineer at Salesforce in 2013. Prior to joining, Tyler was an engineer at AppOmni where he focused on client solutions and feature development. Tyler holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

He earned his M.Eng. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Matt Huang
Matt Huang is the co-founder and managing partner of Paradigm, CEO of Tempo, and a member of the Stripe board of directors. Previously, Matt was a partner at Sequoia Capital, focusing on early-stage venture capital, including leading the firm's cryptocurrency efforts. Matt was the founder and CEO of Hotspots, which was acquired by Twitter in 2012. He is also an angel investor in companies such as ByteDance and Instacart. He purchased his first Bitcoin from MtGox in 2012. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from MIT.
