Tyler Crimm is the former Lead Engineer at Paradigm. He started his career as a software engineer at Salesforce in 2013. Prior to joining, Tyler was an engineer at AppOmni where he focused on client solutions and feature development. Tyler holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Alana Palmedo

Alana Palmedo is a Partner and COO at Paradigm, leading all business functions, including operations, finance, legal, business development, and investor relations. She began her career in asset management in 2008 at Cascade Investment, LLC, the investment office for Bill & Melinda Gates. Later, she joined the investment team at the Boston University Investment Office. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University.

Charlie Noyes

Charles Noyes is quantitative researcher and works on analytics and algorithmic trading at Paradigm, formerly Pantera Capital, the first hedge and venture capital fund in the blockchain industry, as well as serving on the Investment and Management Committees for all of their funds. His focus is on market microstructure, how the attributes of different blockchains and tokens affect the capital markets they drive, and how the space will continue to develop going forward. Two of those projects went on to win the Intel (now Regeneron) International Engineering Fair. He has been invited to speak at NSA, ACM, and similar venues about the potential of blockchain technology. Before joining Pantera, Noyes was a student at MIT and entered before completing high school, during which he began his career, working on various projects building on blockchain protocols.

Teresa is the Head of Business Operations at Paradigm. Previously, she was Chief of Staff to the CEO at Thrive Financial where she focused on working cross-functionally with Growth, Operations, and Legal. Teresa earned her B.S. in Engineering at Stanford University.

Andrew Huang

Andrew Huang is the Founder of Conduit. He previously worked at Paradigm, and he graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Eli Yang

Eli Yang is the Head of Operations at Succinct Labs. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Matt Huang

Matt Huang is co-founder and Managing Partner at Paradigm. Previously, he was a partner at Sequoia Capital, focusing on early-stage venture investments, including leading the firm's cryptocurrency efforts. Matt was the founder and CEO of Hotspots, a Y Combinator company acquired by Twitter in 2012, and was an angel investor in companies such as Bytedance and Instacart. He bought his first Bitcoin from MtGox in 2012. Matt holds a B.S. in Mathematics from MIT.

Gary is the Managing Partner at Momentum Capital. Gary is a Silicon Valley-based investor, a serial entrepreneur, a Stanford-affiliated researcher, and a true believer in Web3. Gary has over six years of experience in blockchain technology and is currently focusing on scaling, DID, and liquidity solutions. Gary finished his Ph.D. and postdoc research at Stanford University before transitioning into the industry.

John Lilly

John Lilly is the Board Member at Figma.He spents the past 30 years working at and investing in technology companies that help people create & connect -- Mozilla, Apple, Instagram, Duolingo, Figma, Dropbox, Tumblr & more. He also spent a lot of time helping non-profit and civic tech organizations like Code for America, VotingWorks and Daffy.org.

Arun Devabhaktuni

Arun Devabhaktuni is a professional with a background in systems biology, physics, and biology. He is currently a Lead Researcher at Mirana Ventures and an Angel Investor at Valhalla Capital. He has also served as the Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder of ZenMaid Software. Arun has received a PhD in Systems Biology from Stanford University School of Medicine and a BS in Physics and Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Guillermo Angeris

Guillermo is a Stanford lifer (BS, MS, and PhD in Electrical Engineering). He spends most of his work time in a dark corner of a room, figuring out random math problems for fun. He also loves to work with teams to model many of the weird (and fascinating) incentives in DeFi and beyond. Outside of work, Guillermo likes to cook pizza, hike, and have long, silly conversations with friends over wine.
