Alana Palmedo is a Managing Partner at Paradigm, leading all business functions, including operations, finance, legal, business development, and investor relations. She began her career in asset management in 2008 at Cascade Investment, LLC, the investment office for Bill & Melinda Gates. Later, she joined the investment team at the Boston University Investment Office. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan.
