Matt Zhang
Matt Zhang is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hivemind Capital Partners. Prior to Hivemind, Mr. Zhang spent 15 years in the financial services industry, and most recently as the global head of structured products trading at Citi, the leading global investment bank. In addition to his trading business responsibility, Matt created the bank's spread products investment technologies team, or SPRINT, to focus on venture equity investments in the fintech space. Matt was also a founding partner of Citi Impact Fund, which makes equity investments in "double bottom line" companies to help address society's most pressing challenges. Matt holds an MST in Real Estate from University of Cambridge and a BS in Economics from the London School of Economics. Mr. Zhang is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Richard Skeet
Richard Skeet is Managing Partner and Head of Research at Hivemind Capital Partners. Before Hivemind, Mr. Skeet was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at East Lodge Capital – a Global Structured Credit Hedge Fund. Richard was an influential force in driving the firm’s growth from a standing start to a peak AUM of ~$2bn. Richard was responsible for all of the European RMBS, Consumer, and CLO investments as well as managing the execution of the macro hedging strategy. Richard first met founder Matt Zhang when he joined Matt as part of the proprietary trading desk at Citi in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis. The pair forged a strong relationship which was cemented when running risk side-by-side as market makers for Citi before Richard left to join the Buy Side. Richard holds an MEng having attended the University of Warwick, graduating with First Class Honours in Computer Science, Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He began his career as a software architect and application developer via the Citi graduate program.

Jake Greenstein
Jake Greenstein is a Partner and the Head of Infrastructure at Hivemind. Jake focuses on Hivemind’s staking and mining activity, capital deployment into DeFi applications, and leads DeFi and Market Infrastructure venture investments, as well as Hivemind's internal infrastructure needs. Prior to Hivemind, Jake spent the last four years leading Algorand’s strategy team, where he supported the organization’s growth from a dozen to one hundred employees. Jake also played a key role in launching the Algorand protocol and the achievement of its all-time high market cap of over $13B. Before joining Algorand, Jake pioneered a hybrid software development and consulting role at Mastercard where he led teams building analytic and other software products for external clients and the firm’s own use. Jake received his MBA from Stanford University where he graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar. He also received a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and was elected to the Phi Betta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi honor societies.

Stanley Huo

Prior to Hivemind, Stanley was a Managing Director at China Renaissance, a TMT focused investment bank where he advised many leading tech and web3 firms in Asia on both public and private market capital raise. Stanley has over 15 years of investment banking experience in Hong Kong and London, having worked at UBS, Citi and BAML previously. Stanley holds MSc Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, where he met Matt. He also received BA Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester, graduating with first class honour.
