Liam Horne is the head of product at Tempo, co-founder of ETHGlobal, and former CEO of Optimism. Previously, he co-founded L4 Ventures, where he used in-depth cryptoeconomic research to build core infrastructure and help develop important Web 3 projects. He also organized Canada’s largest hackathon, Hack the North, which brought thousands of students from around the world to Waterloo to collaborate and create something extraordinary in 36 hours.
