Joseph Lubin is the co-founder of Ethereum and the founder of ConsenSys, a blockchain application development firm. He also helped to establish the non-profit Ethereum Foundation and the VC fund ConsenSys Mesh, which invests in decentralized blockchain applications. Phil Davis is the CFO at ConsenSys, oversee ConsenSys’ finance and accounting functions, including expanding the company’s pioneering treasury strategy. Davis joins ConsenSys from Afiniti, where he was the company’s CFO.
