Tezos milestones with long-term significance include: the Tallinn upgrade reducing block time to 6 seconds, enhancing network efficiency; the launch of TzEL, a quantum-resistant private payment prototype on testnet, advancing cryptographic resilience; the introduction of Jstz, a JavaScript-driven smart rollup, broadening developer accessibility; and the release of tzBTC 2.0, improving automated minting and burning.
