About Universal Health Token

Details

Universal Health Token (UHT) is a blockchain-based preventive health incentive protocol that uses AI to analyze user wearable and lifestyle data, converting healthy behaviors into verifiable on-chain credentials. After syncing health data, users dynamically earn UHT token rewards based on metrics such as exercise, sleep, and nutrition, which can be redeemed for health services or used in ecosystem governance. Its core mechanisms include user-controlled data authorization, anonymized contribution of research data, and connection with multi-party ecosystems like healthcare, insurance, and fitness, aiming to shift the traditional "sick care" model toward "prevention" incentives.
