About Archax

Archax became the UK's first FCA-regulated digital securities exchange, broker, and custodian in 2020, establishing a compliant foundation for tokenized assets. In 2023, it partnered with Ripple to bring real-world assets (RWA) onto the XRPL, expanding blockchain interoperability. The acquisition of Spanish broker KSCM in late 2024 extended its regulated presence into the EU. In 2025, Archax acquired US broker-dealer Globacap, gaining SEC/FINRA licenses to enter American markets, and launched a tokenized money market fund supported by State Street, Fidelity International, and LGIM. That same year, Lloyds Bank completed the UK's first tokenized asset-backed FX transaction on Archax's platform, marking a milestone for institutional adoption. In July 2025, Archax acquired Deutsche Digital Assets (DDA) to expand its crypto ETP business across Europe, strengthening its position as a leading RWA tokenization venue.
