About Planck
Planck is a decentralised compute network for AI workloads, founded in 2023 with a two-layer architecture: Planck₀ is a modular base for issuing AI-specific chains, rollups and DePIN projects with shared security, and Planck₁ is a compute-native layer one that writes GPU scheduling, inference and payment into contracts.
Its difference is that GPUs are handled as on-chain resources: contracts schedule, rent and pay by usage, and validator rewards are tied to verified compute results. On top of that sit a bare-metal GPU cloud and a model training platform supporting containers, Ray clusters and vector databases, aimed at smaller teams that need elastic capacity. Settlement is priced in USDC, and the Tunnel bridge connects Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Cosmos and more than 30 other networks. The token was issued on BNB Chain on 2 October 2025, after the network had connected Tier 3 and Tier 4 data centres and opened staking to consumer graphics cards.
Planck (decentralized AI computing platform) recent team change: Co-founder and CEO Diam Hamstra departed in June 2026. He joined in July 2023 and previously founded EstateX. During his tenure, he drove the development of decentralized AI infrastructure. No new CEO information yet.
