About Cysic
Cysic is a decentralized ZK proof compute network designed to address the high cost and low efficiency of zero-knowledge proof generation. Its core business connects compute providers (Provers) with demand-side users (such as ZK-Rollup projects), offering hardware-accelerated proof generation services through GPUs, FPGAs, and self-developed ASIC chips, while adopting a Proof-of-Compute consensus mechanism that combines compute contribution with token staking.
Its core competitiveness lies in the synergy of "hardware + software": on one hand, its Venus proof engine reduces data transfer between CPU and GPU through CUDA graph integration and kernel tuning, generating Ethereum block proofs in 7.4 seconds with 24 GPUs; on the other hand, FPGA backends support reprogramming, while the ASIC route offers higher energy efficiency for stable algorithms, addressing the squeeze on GPU resources from AI compute demand.
The market pain points are: high ZK proof costs and competition with AI for GPU resources; architectural mismatches between existing zkVM software and accelerators lead to low GPU utilization. Cysic aims to reduce proof costs and enhance compute supply flexibility through an open proof market, multiple hardware backends (GPU/FPGA/ASIC), and open-source software libraries.
In the past six months (February to August 2026), following its mainnet launch and TGE in December 2025, Cysic open-sourced the Venus proof engine in April 2026 and plans to deliver ZK Air (consumer-grade) and ZK Pro (enterprise-grade) hardware. The CYS token price surged over 100% in seven days, with a market cap of approximately $132 million. However, key risks remain: actual network task volume, hardware mass production progress, and whether node returns cover costs; if demand-side paid growth lags behind supply-side staking, price and fundamentals may diverge.
Key milestones in Cysic's development as a ZK hardware acceleration and decentralized computing network:
Mainnet Launch (Mainnet Arc): Official X account renamed to Cysic (Mainnet Arc), marking the mainnet's official launch and transition to live operation.
Token Airdrop Query Website Launch: Airdrop query website went live, initiating the token distribution process and laying the foundation for community participation.
Binance Alpha Listing of CYS (Dec 11): CYS made its debut on a major trading platform, entering a broader investor perspective.
Multiple Exchange Listings: Beyond Binance, multiple exchanges simultaneously listed CYS, significantly improving liquidity and accessibility.
Binance Futures CYSUSDT Perpetual Contracts: Derivatives market officially opened, providing hedging tools for institutional investors and enhancing market depth.
Market Cap Exceeding $580M Historic High: Market recognition of Cysic's technical path and ComputeFi vision reached new heights.
Official Foundation Account Compromise: Security incident exposed asset management risks in early-stage projects; team's urgent response highlighted the importance of security governance.
