Babylon promotes Aave V4 native Bitcoin collateral plan

Babylon is advancing a native Bitcoin collateral solution for Aave V4. According to the proposal, the collateral will remain on the Bitcoin network, while the permissionless liquidation process will settle using WBTC.

Currently, the risk parameters of the solution and subsequent governance votes are yet to be determined.
