Kraken's parent company Payward has received full approval from Dubai VARA

According to Solid Intel, Kraken's parent company Payward has obtained full regulatory approval from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). Kraken plans to launch in the UAE and support deposits and withdrawals in UAE Dirhams.

Previously, Payward received preliminary approval for a VARA brokerage and investment management license in May 2026.
