H100 Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire Moonshot and Never Say Die for 2,450 BTC. Upon completion of this transaction, H100's Bitcoin holdings are expected to increase to approximately 3,500 BTC, making it the largest publicly listed Bitcoin treasury company in Europe.
