Ethena proposed to reduce the number of members on the Risk Committee from 5 to 3

Ethena Labs Research proposes that before next week's election, ENA token holders vote to reduce the size of the risk committee from 5 voting members to 3. Ethena Labs Research believes that reducing the number of members will help clarify responsibilities, covering specific areas such as DeFi lending exposure, reserve funds and redemption requests, protocol partner integration, and collateral assets.

In addition, reducing the number of members will allow the Ethena Foundation to increase member compensation, encouraging them to invest more resources. If the proposal passes, ENA and sENA holders will elect 3 voting members, with Ethena Labs Research serving as an advisory non-voting member; if it does not pass, 5 members will still be elected as originally planned.
