The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings show that Intel (INTC.O) sold 214.8 million shares to Nvidia (NVDA.O) for a total of $5 billion.
Intel (INTC.O) stated: The issuance and sale were conducted pursuant to a securities purchase agreement signed on September 15, 2023.
