According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, the Federal Reserve has decided to withdraw a guidance that effectively prevented uninsured banks from becoming members of the Federal Reserve and participating in cryptocurrency-related activities. This guidance was the basis for the Federal Reserve's refusal to approve Custodia Bank's master account application.
