Bitget will donate HKD 12 million to support the rescue and reconstruction efforts for the Tai Po fire in Hong Kong

According to official news, Bitget will donate a total of HKD 12 million to Hong Kong to support emergency relief, assistance to affected families, and post-disaster reconstruction work related to the Hung Fuk Court fire. The donations will be undertaken and executed by three reputable local charitable organizations:

The donation allocation is as follows:

• Hong Kong Yan Chai Hospital --- HKD 5 million, to assist with emergency medical support, treatment costs for the injured, and to provide necessary health and rehabilitation support for affected families.
• Hong Kong Salvation Army --- HKD 3.5 million, to provide financial assistance, temporary accommodation, living supplies, and basic life reconstruction services after the disaster, helping affected families quickly return to their daily lives.
• Hong Kong Po Leung Kuk --- HKD 3.5 million, for community support, psychological counseling, family assistance, and follow-up social work after the fire, to help affected residents through the transition period.
