Coinbase announces it will leave Delaware and re-register in Texas

According to official news, Coinbase has officially submitted documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), announcing the relocation of its corporate registration from Delaware to Texas. This decision marks Coinbase's entry into the ranks of several tech giants in recent years (such as Tesla and SpaceX under Elon Musk) that have left Delaware.

In a statement, Coinbase said: "We chose Texas because it has become a hub for innovative companies. It is unfortunate that it has come to this, but Delaware has left us no choice."
