Tharimmune completes $450 million private financing to establish Canton token treasury

Nasdaq-listed company Tharimmune announced that it has completed a $450 million private financing, led by DRW and Liberty City Ventures, with participation from several companies including ARK Invest, Bitwave, Broadridge, Clear Street, Copper, and Digital Asset. The new funds will support the company in establishing a Canton utility token treasury and conducting token purchases.

Previously, it was reported that DRW was leading discussions to raise $500 million for a Canton token reserve public company.
