He Yi: I hope the rescue plan can give users who were hurt by the collapse a chance to start over

ChainCatcher news, Binance co-founder He Yi stated, "Binance has been stumbling since day one, facing numerous difficulties, but we always rise from the ashes; therefore, we hope that Binance users who were hurt in this significant price drop will have the opportunity to start anew.

Those who passionately speak out will continue; they will slander us, attack us, and also promote us. What we need to do is to assess our affected users and see what help we can provide within our means. We believe that 'actions speak louder than words.' The only intervention Binance has made in the market over the years is to directly give money to users, and the rest is left to time.

This relief fund is difficult to promote because it could originally sponsor four teams, or even the Olympics, and could reach millions of users. Airdropping to users might be a drop in the bucket and could instead invite a lot of criticism, such as: 'Of course, why would they give money?' 'If they can distribute so much money, they must have cut a lot of retail investors.' 'Look, they want to buy us off with a little money.' We anticipated all of this. But there are many more users who silently support us, and even more users cheering for us.

As long as the industry exists, Binance exists. We cannot refrain from doing the right thing because of external voices and fear of slander and defamation. But when doing good deeds, do not ask about the future."

Previously, ChainCatcher reported that Binance launched a $400 million industry recovery and confidence rebuilding plan.
