The listed company GD Culture will acquire 7,500 bitcoins in the acquisition of Pallas Capital assets

ChainCatcher news, GD Culture Group Limited (NASDAQ: GDC) announced that the company signed a share exchange agreement on September 10, 2025, to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding common stock of Pallas Capital.

Upon completion of the transaction, the company will issue 39,189,344 shares of common stock and acquire all assets of Pallas Capital, including 7,500 bitcoins, free of any encumbrances.
