BRC 2 Swap, CatSwap launches BRC 2 mainnet, opening the era of programmable trading for BRC 20 assets

ChainCatcher news, decentralized BRC 2 AMM Swap: CatSwap has launched on the Bitcoin mainnet, now open for trading and adding liquidity for all 6-character BRC 20 tokens. 4/5 character tokens (such as ORDI, SATS) will be available in the second phase of BRC 2. BRC 2 is an upgraded version of the BRC 20 protocol developed by domo and Best in Slot, which launched its first phase on September 1, enabling the programmability of 6-character BRC 20 Tokens, with the second phase awaiting activation.

According to the official introduction, the launch of CatSwap marks the first realization of native BRC 20 asset programmable swaps on the Bitcoin mainnet. Through the AMM trading and liquidity pool mechanism, it completely breaks through the functional limitations of the original BRC 20 protocol. CatSwap simultaneously launches ORDI & BRC 20 strategies, aiming to attract more liquidity and trading volume to the platform by enhancing the on-chain liquidity of ORDI.
