ChainCatcher 消息，据官方消息，比特币矿企 TeraWulf 与 AI 云平台 Fluidstack 签署两项 10 年期 HPC 托管协议，将于纽约 Lake Mariner 数据中心提供超 200 MW 关键 IT 负载，预计首 10 年合同收入约 37 亿美元，若行使延长期可达 87 亿美元。
谷歌将为 Fluidstack 18 亿美元租赁义务提供担保，以支持项目相关的债务融资，并获约 4100 万股认股权证，占公司约 8% 股权。
