According to ChainCatcher news, the UK-listed company The Smarter Web Company has announced that it has completed a subscription financing of £10.3415 million (pre-tax), issuing 3,182,013 new ordinary shares at a price of £3.25 per share. The new shares are expected to be effective for listing on July 14. After this financing, the total number of shares issued by The Smarter Web Company will reach 259,649,448 shares, and existing shareholders (including board members) will be diluted by approximately 5.46%.

Previous news reported that The Smarter Web Company increased its holdings by 226.42 bitcoins on July 7, bringing its total holdings to 1,000 bitcoins, with a total investment of £78.22 million.
