ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms reported a mining output of 233 BTC in August, with its current holdings increasing to 1,103 BTC.

Meanwhile, competitor Riot is attempting to acquire Bitfarms and is about to hold a crucial special meeting, for which the company has written an open letter to Bitfarms' shareholders.
