It is reported that Degen will allocate tips based on DEGEN holdings (minimum 10K), tipping behavior (5 times per week), and Farcaster user rankings, and will use OpenRank's global user rankings to select top users on Farcaster. After July, it will switch to Degen's local ranking based on channel activity and tipping behavior.
