ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 報導，隨著全球房地產代幣化市場規模預計在 2035 年達到 4 萬億美元，資產繼承問題成為行業發展的關鍵瓶頸。當前缺乏標準化的鏈上繼承機制，可能導致高價值代幣化資產因密鑰丟失或法律模糊而永久滅失。
專家建議通過智能合約、NFT 分片及生物識別等技術融合，構建去中心化數據存續協議(DeDasP)，實現自動化資產繼承。該方案需在保持去中心化原則的同時，解決跨代財富轉移的安全性問題。
