ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国财政部制裁监管机构周二将朝鲜公民 Song Kum Hyok 列入“特别指定国民”名单，指控其为与朝鲜黑客组织相关的“恶意网络行为者”，并从事网络间谍活动。
美国外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）行动将 Song Kum Hyok 排除在全球金融体系外，因其安排其他朝鲜官员以 IT 人员身份进入多家公司工作，这些 IT 人员会将资金汇回朝鲜，还设法利用公司漏洞赚取外快。
