ChainCatcher 消息，Prime Trust 母公司 Prime Core Technologies 报告称，该公司因投资 TerraUSD 而损失 600 万美元的客户资金和 200 万美元的财务资金。这项投资以及 2022 年 10 月和 11 月支出的增加是其申请破产的原因之一。
此前报道，Prime Trust 已根据美国破产法第 11 章向特拉华州破产法院申请破产保护，并任命 John Guedry 为公司接管人，将继续在特别委员会的监督和指导下以债务人管理的身份管理其业务。
