About Young Platform
Young Platform is an Italian retail trading venue offering euro funding, spot trading and a debit card, with local-language interface and support for first-time crypto users and small businesses. Choosing a foreign venue exposes local users to cross-border problems in euro funding, tax records and dispute handling, and quotes that omit spread and network fees often deliver less than expected.
Execution and custody run separately, with orders filled and booked on its own system and euros credited by bank transfer; the order page lists spread, network fee and final quantity side by side and locks the price briefly after confirmation. The card works with an e-money institution and spends from the balance at the live rate, while a tax module exports cost basis and gains per trade for annual filing. In June 2026 the Italian securities regulator granted a crypto-asset service provider licence covering custody, exchange, order execution, placement, advice, portfolio management and transfers, eight services in all.
On June 30, 2026, Young Platform received a CASP licence from Consob and the Bank of Italy covering 8 of the 10 services defined under MiCAR, and the licence has been passported to France; from July 1 the platform was reworked under the new rules, with YNG delisted from Pro and tradable only on Base.
In 2026, Young Group completed a €22.5 million capital increase led by the Azimut group. On July 16 Young Platform launched the YNG Boost lock-up service (12, 24 or 36 months, up to 34.5% in extra tokens) and added BNB; on July 28, Young Platform's YNG listed for the first time on a third-party centralized exchange, WhiteBIT, in the YNG/USDC pair.
Young Platform's future strategy and roadmap: the company says it will keep evaluating new trading venues for YNG through the second half of 2026, disclosing them as inside information under Article 88 of MiCAR, while using the passport and the new capital to integrate crypto, digital banking and tokenized assets.

Young Platform sets bid-ask spreads by asset class: Class A above USD 50 billion market cap at 0.40% to 0.80%, Class B above USD 1 billion at 0.60% to 1.00%, Class O below USD 1 billion at 0.80% to 1.50%, and Class S e-money tokens at 0.10% to 0.30%.
