About BlockBooster
BlockBooster is an alternative asset management firm focused on digital assets. Its core business involves investing in, incubating, and managing blockchain-based assets, ranging from native crypto projects to tokenized real-world assets (RWA). The firm positions itself as a value co-creator, working closely with portfolio companies to help them build products, enter markets, and grow ecosystems.
The market pain point BlockBooster addresses is the gap between traditional finance and the blockchain economy. Many institutional investors struggle to access high-quality digital asset opportunities, while promising crypto and RWA projects lack the operational and strategic support needed to scale. BlockBooster aims to bridge this by providing both capital and hands-on incubation, helping projects mature into institution-grade businesses.
In the past six months (March to September 2026), BlockBooster has made notable progress. In April 2026, it joined the Canton Foundation as a member, participating in governance and ecosystem development for the Canton Network, which hosts over $6 trillion in tokenized RWAs across 600+ institutions. In June 2026, BlockBooster made its first fund investment, committing $10 million to SignalPlus, a digital asset derivatives infrastructure platform, as part of its $50 million Series B1 round. These actions demonstrate BlockBooster's active role in advancing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and RWA tokenization.
BlockBooster has made several strategic moves in the past six months. In May 2026, it launched the USD 50 million Digital Venture Fund I, focusing on AI infrastructure, on-chain trading ecosystems, on-chain asset management, and RWA tokenization, marking its transition from a Web3 venture studio to a full-stack digital alternative asset manager. In June, it invested USD 10 million as anchor investor in SignalPlus's USD 50 million Series B1 round, an institutional-grade crypto derivatives platform, expanding into the AI-digital asset intersection. Around the same period, it joined the Canton Foundation, participating with DTCC, Euroclear, HSBC and others in setting RWA tokenization standards. In July, it launched the USD 20 million Global Markets Fund I to enter global listed equities, initially focusing on the AI value chain.
Future priorities: leveraging its "incubation-capital management" dual-engine flywheel, it aims to build a full-stack alternative asset platform, with planned expansion into private equity, buyouts, and private credit strategies. It will deepen RWA tokenization and on-chain asset management, and facilitate institutional capital flows into digital assets through compliant infrastructure.
