About AllScale
AllScale is a self-custodial stablecoin account service for merchants and individuals that consolidates USDT and USDC balances across chains into one view and exposes payment links, batch payouts and on/off-ramp APIs. It addresses the wallet, gas and chain-selection barriers still facing recipients of stablecoin payments: a payer generates a claim link from their balance, the recipient either enters a 0x address or opens an account by email verification, gas is prepaid by the sender, and the link runs on self-custodial contracts that refund the full amount after 14 days unclaimed.
Payment runs through links: a payer generates a claim link from their balance with a set amount and expiry, prepaying gas; the recipient either enters a 0x address or opens an account by email code. The link sits on a self-custodial contract that refunds in full after 14 days unclaimed. Merchants get batch payouts and on/off-ramp APIs, multi-chain balances consolidate into one view, and receipts are listed by chain and asset.
AllScale has completed a $5 million seed round led by YZi Labs, marking its formal entry into the stablecoin banking sector and providing initial capital for product development and market expansion.
The company has settled over $5 million in invoice payments, validating the practical utility of its stablecoin payment infrastructure for cross-border business transactions.
AllScale has entered a strategic partnership with NeoSoul to explore credit formation and stablecoin settlement in AI-agent-driven autonomous collaboration, positioning itself for the emerging agentic commerce economy.
In 2026 the self-custodial stablecoin digital bank AllScale accelerated its institutional and AI payments push. The platform serves over 1.5 million registered wallets.
Next it will extend cross-border pay, payroll and invoicing, harden agent-payment permissions and risk controls, and launch offline stablecoin payments in Japan after local compliance, serving 1.5M-plus wallets.
AllScale was founded in Vancouver in 2025, and all four founders are publicly identified. Chief executive Shawn Pang studied computer science and business at Western University, worked on payment fraud products at Capital One, became TikTok Canada's first product manager, co-founded the AI growth agency HashMatrix and ran listings at KuCoin.
Chief operating officer Ruoyang "Leo" Wang holds a degree in computer engineering from the University of Toronto and built infrastructure and financial systems at IBM, AMD, PingCAP and Scotiabank. Chief marketing officer Alisha Li was a partner at Queen Bee Capital and a sales director at HP, Dell and Sun, while co-founder Khalil Lin is a licensed New York attorney who handled legal and compliance work at Kraken and The Block.
AllScale Business costs $15 per month and includes an employer dashboard, bulk USDT/USDC payroll payments, and automated payroll runs.
AllScale Individual costs $5 per month and provides a Web3-friendly payment portal, stablecoin salary deposits, and payroll history tracking.
AllScale lists its one-time invoice feature as a free tier alongside the $15 Business and $5 Individual plans, with no separate subscription fee for pay-per-use invoicing.
