About Aethir
Aethir is a decentralized GPU cloud network that aggregates idle graphics processing units from around the world and provides them to enterprises as on-demand computing resources. Its main services include bare-metal GPU clouds for AI model training and inference, as well as low-latency GPU networks for cloud gaming.
The core problem Aethir solves is the high cost and limited availability of traditional centralized cloud GPU services. By pooling distributed GPUs, it can offer computing capacity at significantly lower prices while enabling faster deployment in more locations. Its competitiveness lies in the distributed architecture, which provides price advantages and lower latency for edge workloads.
In the past six months, Aethir has shifted from purely aggregating third-party GPUs to building its own AI data centers through the ACCELERATE program. It has locked in 10 sites in the US and Europe with a total capacity of up to 20 megawatts, targeting contracts worth over $2 billion once fully built. The company also updated its token economics, introducing a burn mechanism and floating platform fees to better align incentives during market volatility.
One notable risk: the AI compute market faces potential oversupply as many providers rush to build capacity, which could pressure utilization rates and pricing in the future. Additionally, the token price has experienced volatility, reflecting broader crypto market conditions rather than operational performance.
Aethir completed corporate restructuring through Axe Compute, formally entering the mainstream enterprise market for decentralized GPU computing.
It successfully thwarted a cross-chain contract attack, limiting losses to under $90,000 and demonstrating network resilience.
Q3 2025 revenue reached $39.8 million with ARR exceeding $147 million, validating sustainable growth.
Managed Kubernetes services and the libyxrtc low-latency engine were launched to strengthen core infrastructure.
A $45 million DAT buyback, Aethir RWA Capital, and Predictive Oncology’s $344.4 million ATH treasury strategy were initiated to reinforce long-term token economics.
