On October 30, 2026, Zhu Hexin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, presided over a Party Leadership Group meeting to convey and study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party and the spirit of the plenary session, and to research and deploy the implementation work.
