Marketnode

Marketnode is a digital market infrastructure operator founded in 2021 by Singapore Exchange Group and Temasek, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and certified as a SWIFT-accredited supervised financial institution and ISO 27001 compliant, serving asset managers, banks and custodians. It targets fund and structured product businesses that rely on manual reconciliation and multiple intermediaries: Fundnode connects fund orders, transaction processing and transfer agency on a shared ledger, cutting settlement for some Singapore funds from T+7 to T+2; Gateway covers issuance, distribution and servicing of tokenized RWAs; Smartflow uses AI to turn unstructured financial documents into system-ready data, processing about 1.496 million fund orders in 2025.

In the ecosystem it divides labor with existing infrastructures such as Euroclear and HSBC: legacy networks handle existing flows while Marketnode adds the on-chain registration and data layer. In July 2026 HSBC completed its first digitally native structured product issuance in Hong Kong with the platform as tokenization and digital paying agent, and the same month BNY Investments fund strategies opened access on the Stellar blockchain through its distribution infrastructure. Fund order processing, structured product tokenization and credit document intelligence share one data foundation.
