Circle: Starting from October 31, reduce the limit of the old version USDC cross-chain protocol CCTP V1

Circle will reduce the limit of the old version of the USDC cross-chain protocol CCTP V1 starting from October 31 and plans to suspend the contract on December 1. In addition, the Noble chain will not connect to the new version of CCTP.

Circle plans to suspend its USDC contract and remaining cross-chain routes on January 12, 2027. Holders on Noble need to withdraw USDC before this date. Circle will take a snapshot of the remaining balance on the day of suspension and will start manual redemptions from January 13. Applicants must meet compliance and security requirements, and the assets must be in a self-custody wallet.
