華爾街日報：Telegram 將通過債券交易融資 15 億美元，投資者包括黑石、Mubadala 和 Citadel

ChainCatcher 消息，据《華爾街日報》報導，Telegram 計劃發行至少 15 億美元的五年期債券，年利率 9%，用於回購 2021 年發行、將於明年到期的債務。投資者包括現有支持者黑石集團、阿布扎比主權基金 Mubadala，以及新加入的對沖基金 Citadel。
債券持有人可在 Telegram 未來上市時以折扣價轉換為股份。儘管 CEO 帕維爾·杜羅夫因涉嫌未配合法國警方調查而被限制出境，但 Telegram 在 2024 年實現 5.4 億美元利潤，月活躍用戶突破 10 億，付費用戶超過 1500 萬。
