Bitdeer Technologies Group: AI cloud business orders backlog reached 2.9 billion USD, September Bitcoin production increased by 200% year-on-year

Bitdeer Technologies Group submitted Form 6-K to the SEC on October 19, 2026, and released the production and operational update for September 2026. The company announced a new AI cloud capacity agreement in Malaysia, with the A201 facility receiving over 70% of purchase commitments, expecting over $1.7 billion in revenue over five years, and AI cloud revenue backlog increasing to approximately $2.9 billion. Bitcoin production reached 1,355 coins, a year-on-year increase of 200%.

The company also acquired 200 acres of land near the Rockdale plant in Texas to support AI/HPC infrastructure development and announced a 16-year lease for the Tydal data center in Norway, with a total contract value of approximately $4.7 billion.
