About Tolly
Tolly is an all-in-one trading terminal, token launchpad and on-chain intelligence platform on Arc. Its TollyPad skips the bonding curve: at launch the entire supply is injected into a permanently locked USDC pool in the first block and trading opens immediately, with about 1 per cent of fees split among creators, holders, the protocol, buyback-and-burn and project-token burn, and sell-side fees burning the project token directly. The pain point is that bonding curves and migration phases on conventional launchpads create liquidity gaps and bot front-running.
Arc is Circle's USDC-native layer one, and TollyPad went live with the Arc mainnet on 16 September 2026; on 17 September TOLLY listed on Gate spot and convert, and cumulative platform volume reached about USD 38.91 million. The contracts are open source on GitHub and deployed to mainnet, but reporting as of September 2026 noted they had not yet undergone a formal security audit.
Buyback and burn: Live since Arc mainnet opened on 16 September, Tolly charges a 1% fee on every trade and routes 9% of it to open-market TOLLY buys and burns; a 0.2% interface fee on external routes also feeds the Furnace burn.
Progress: Gate listed TOLLY/USDT for spot and convert trading on 17 September. TollyPad issues a fixed 1B supply in one transaction and locks all liquidity in FeeLocker with no creator withdrawal path, though the contracts have not been formally audited.
After the Arc mainnet went live in September 2026, Tolly integrated multiple ecosystem apps as a launchpad and terminal, including Bloom, fomo, OKX Wallet, DEXTools and Freename.
Tolly also launched Holder Rewards, distributing ecosystem project tokens and fee shares to long-term TOL holders.
Future strategy and roadmap: Looking ahead, Tolly plans to keep expanding the number of integrated Arc projects and to improve its cross-chain terminal experience and additional launchpad issuance features.
