CleanSpark's subsidiary completes a private placement of $2.276 billion in senior secured notes

According to official news, CleanSpark (NASDAQ: CLSK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CSDC Finance I, LLC has completed the previously announced issuance of $2.276 billion of 7.875% senior secured notes, which will mature in 2031.
The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold within the United States unless registered or an applicable exemption from registration is available.
