Jumper plans to spin off LI.FI for independent operation and will complete its initial financing through the JUMP token
According to Cointelegraph, Jumper announced plans to conduct its first JUMP token sale through Legion and has spun off from LI.FI to become an independent company. In the future, it will expand from cross-chain aggregation to on-chain financial super applications, covering spot trading, cross-chain, perpetual contracts, tokenized stocks, and other RWA and yield products, with its perpetual contract product Jumper Perps expected to launch in the coming weeks.
It is reported that this Legion token sale will be Jumper's first financing, and the funds raised will be used for product development, user acquisition, and market expansion; the JUMP token is planned to be issued separately after the financing is completed, and the company will not simultaneously conduct equity financing.
