Deribit Asia-Pacific Business Head: Traditional Asset Management and Family Offices Return to the Crypto Market, Single Options Portfolio Trading Volume Reaches Tens of Billions of Dollars

Lin Chen, the Head of Asia-Pacific Business at Deribit, posted on X that some traditional large asset management institutions and high-net-worth clients/family offices have recently increased their investments in the cryptocurrency market, with single transaction sizes reaching several billion dollars.

He stated that these institutions mainly allocate through derivatives, especially options combinations, to manage position risks and exposures, and these clients have re-entered the market after about a year of observation.
