According to the voluntary announcement by Boya Interactive (00434.HK), the company purchased approximately 152 bitcoins in the open market for about HKD 90.63 million (approximately USD 11.56 million), with an average price of USD 75,899 per bitcoin. After the increase, the total holdings amount to approximately 4,468 bitcoins, with an overall average price of USD 68,543 per bitcoin.

The company stated that this move is intended to support its Web3 business transformation, with bitcoins serving as the foundational resources for public chain staking, cross-chain bridges, and Web3 game projects such as Pet Land and MTT Sports.
